We must say, Tally wins the prize for most creative answer (and one which we might try sometime).
But, the truth is we used spinach. Kristin made up the pancake batter, threw it in the blender, threw in a bunch of spinach, and blended it until it just looked like green pancake batter.
For the record, the pancakes tasted just like normal pancakes (normal chocolate chip pancakes, of course).
If nothing else, store this idea away for St. Patty's day.

My guess would be some kind of veggie blended in with the pancake mix? Always trying to find sneaky ways to get those veggies in... :)
Spinach?
Zucchini? Kale?
Spinach is my guess, too. I can't believe you got Patten to eat something green. It's beyond me!
Wait, you mean these aren't mint chocolate chip pancakes? :)
Taylor thinks that they look gross. What made them green? food coloring...

P.S.
Ruby - tell Taylor I'm deeply offended that he thinks our pancakes look gross.
Eeeeeeeeew chocolate chips in pancakes!?
The comment from "Mike" was actually from me. Not sure how that happened. Still...
